Standard Delivery
The price of delivery depends on the weight:
min – max: € 0,85 – € 3,40 EU
min – max: € 0,50 – € 2,00 Netherlands
min – max: € 0,95 – € 5,70 World
Delivered within 1 -3 working days, excluded weekends and Bank holidays. These orders will not include a tracking number. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and that orders can take up to 15 working days in some instances, depending on location.
Orders over € 100 EUR will be sent using a courier service and should arrive within 2 working days. A signature will be required on receipt.

Delivered within 1-2 working days when you place your order before 3.30 pm in the EU.
Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2-3 working days after. Please note that we do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware when you place your order! You will be sent a tracking number by email for this service. A signature will be required on receipt.
Additional Delivery Information
There is no minimum order quantity, you can order as much or as little as you wish! We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 24 hours of orders being placed between Monday-Friday before 3.30pm. Any orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on the Monday in most cases. Please note in some cases this may vary.
VAT
All prices set out on the website in the Netherlands and the EU include VAT.
Any orders placed from outside the EU will not be charged VAT and therefore may incur import duty and taxes. These may be levied once the goods reach your country. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (excluding delivery charges) on all parcels to be delivered outside the EU. For more information on customs charges please contact your customs authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse any customs fees charged.
Returns
Naturally we accept returns on all damaged items or miss-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
